Cousin's surgery fund

My sweet cousin cannot hear any more!  
She had done a procedure that is called "Cochlear Implant" 24 years ago.  At that time this was very new and his Father (my uncle) was able to pay for it. 

Now the device has gone bad and she can't hear anything.   Nothing.....!

She need to do another implant to replace the old device as it is not working any longer.  The money is for surgery and the device. 

Could you help?  Anything helps.
My dad used to say look for opportunities to help each other.   One doen't get a chance to score points with god enough.  Here is one :)
