Our baby Sofia Hernandez was born this past Saturday October 11th and gained her angel wings Sunday October 12. Sofia was diagnosed with trisomy 13 meaning she was not compatible with life but still fought to give us the most beautiful 8 hours of her life and was loved every second of it. She will be greatly missed. In her honor, there will be a gathering at the funeral home on Thursday, where we will pray the Rosary for her and for all of us. On Friday, there will be a Mass to celebrate Sofía's life. Afterward, we will go to the cemetery to accompany her on her final journey.

Nuestra bebé Sofía Hernández nació el pasado sábado 11 de octubre y obtuvo sus alas de ángel el domingo 12 de octubre. A Sofía le diagnosticaron trisomía 13, lo que significa que no era compatible con la vida, pero aun así luchó para darnos 8 hermosas horas de su vida y fue amada cada segundo. La extrañaremos mucho. En su honor habrá una reunión en la funeraria, el Jueves, dónde vamos a resar el Rosario por ella y por todos nosotros. El viernes habrá una misa para celebrar La vida de Sofía. Posteriormente iremos al cementerio. Para acompañarla en su último viaje.
