No hay palabras que puedan explicar un dolor tan grande. El pasado lunes 12 de mayo, Sofi partió de este mundo debido a causas naturales, tras sufrir un paro respiratorio. Una princesita de tan solo 22 años, con toda una vida por delante. Alegre, de espíritu libre, humilde, llena de fe y siempre dispuesta a servir a los demás.
Como muchos saben, Chiqui ha enfrentado muchas pruebas en su vida, pero también ha sido un verdadero testimonio de fortaleza y fe. Dios le regaló un compañero de vida, Bill, quien ha sido su apoyo incondicional y el proveedor de su hogar. Juntos han luchado incansablemente por sacar adelante a Sofia y a Jacobo.
La pérdida de Sofi ha sido un golpe devastador. A este dolor se suman otros desafíos: los costos del funeral, el carro que se les dañó impidiéndoles viajar a Georgia para completar las ceremonias, y el tiempo fuera del trabajo necesario para enfrentar esta tragedia. Todo esto ha hecho que esta situación sea aún más difícil de sobrellevar.
Sin embargo, Dios los ha llenado de esperanza, porque saben que Sofi está en un lugar mejor. Además, cuentan con el amor y apoyo de su familia y amigos.
Los invito de corazón a que nos unamos para seguir apoyándolos en este nuevo y doloroso obstáculo que la vida les ha puesto en el camino.

There are no words that can truly explain such immense pain. This past Monday, May 12th, Sofi left this world due to natural causes after suffering a respiratory arrest. A sweet young woman, only 22 years old, with a whole life ahead of her. Joyful, free-spirited, humble, full of faith, and always willing to serve others. As many of you know, Chiqui has faced many trials in her life, but she has also been a true example of strength and faith. God blessed her with a life partner, Bill, who has been her unconditional support and the provider for their home. Together, they have worked tirelessly to raise Sofia and Jacobo. Losing Sofi has been a devastating blow. And beyond the emotional pain, there are many challenges: funeral costs, their car broke down which has prevented them from traveling to Georgia to complete the ceremonies, and the time taken off work to grieve and cope with this loss. All of this has made an already heartbreaking situation even harder. Yet through it all, God has filled them with hope, because they know that Sofi is in a better place. They are also surrounded by the love and support of family and friends. We invite you, from the bottom of my hearts, to join us in continuing to support them through this new and painful obstacle that life has placed in their path.
