Hey hey! My name is Sofe also known as S-bars, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support to help me fundraise for top surgery. It's been a long road to get here, and it’s taken me a lot of time and courage to finally be honest with myself about this.

I’m looking to raise £15K to help cover the cost of my top surgery, consultation fees, time off work and aftercare. There's a couple of reasons why I've made this decision. One being, for a very long time, I’ve struggled with gender dysphoria around my chest. Second reason being, my mum had breast cancer, and because of this, I have a higher risk of developing it myself. Given my family history, top surgery will not only help me feel better about myself and my body but also reduce potential future health risks and remove my fear of getting breast cancer.

I plan to undergo surgery in 2026 hopefully in the UK but unfortunately, I do not have the financial means to raise the money needed. While I’m saving what I can and planning ahead, this is a large amount, as a working class person, and I’m asking for your help. Every donation, no matter how small, is soo appreciated !!
