Dear family and friends, our beloved mother passed away the morning of 2/2/24 after her battle with Cancer. This is by far the saddest day of our lives, but she passed away in the most dignified way that we could hope for. She got to see all her children and grandchildren on her last moments. Our mom was 83 and had lived her best days with the greatest of love. Please help support our family in this dire time, thank you. ❤️

UPDATE:

Thanks to the overwhelming amount of in-person donations, we are very close to covering the funeral cost for my grandmother. Thank you all for showing so much love and support for my family during this difficult time. We have decided to lower our goal to $3,000 to more accurately reflect our needs at the moment. So far we have spent around $11,600 on funeral expenses and are expecting to spend around $1,600 more for catering the service as well as the traditional Khmer temple ceremony following the funeral. If you would like to continue donating, we will use whatever is left to purchase a memorial bench in honor of my grandmother to be placed alongside her sister’s bench at Maymont Park.
