We are a two manned Vex Robotics team from the School of Dreams Academy in Los Lunas, New Mexico. The School of Dreams Academy is a STEAM based school meaning that there is an emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. This year we have had the privilege of being invited to the World Vex Robotics Championships in Louisville Kentucky April 19th-22nd.

To qualify for this event, we had to compete against ten other teams within our school to achieve a position as a regional competing team. At regionals, our team went undefeated and were the Tournament Champions and received the Excellence Award. This secured our invite for the state tournament. At the state tournament, we were fortunate to go again undefeated, we were awarded; Tournament Champion, the Excellence Award, the Create Award, the Innovate Award, and the Robotics Skill Champion. Our hard work has paid off.

We are working to raise funds for this competition and will be helping to contribute to all the travel fees involved. Our goal is to raise $5,000 before April 15th of 2017. We greatly appreciate any donation you are willing to contribute, and supporters like you are the reason this is possible for us to get to our goal of competing against the best!
