Social Justice for Lamy

Donation protected
God has hardwired me to be an advocate and a voice for the least of these. While I do this on a daily basis for my students with disabilities, I also have been called to be an advocate for social justice in La Victoire, Haiti.

My friend, Lamy Luckson had an incredible opportunity to serve as principal at Foundation Olive School for the past 3.5 years. After someone who financially supported efforts of the school started asking questions to ensure that the staff were being paid appropriately, a discrepancy was discovered. Lamy was wrongly accused and fired by a pastor for telling the truth about his wage.

Lamy has embraced this opportunity to enroll in university to pursue an administration degree. If enough funding is raised, Lamy will be attending university in Pignon, Haiti for the next 4 years. Lamy is also currently looking for a new job to support his extended family.

Lamy wants to be a change agent for his people and his country, which is one of the poorest in the Western Hemisphere.

Lamy Luckson is someone that I have grown to trust, value, love, and appreciate. Please join me in financially supporting Lamy’s college education as he takes courageous steps to impact the lives of children’s education.

Thank you in advance for supporting social justice and higher education for my dear friend Lamy Luckson!
