Social Circus Festival in Armenia

Hi! We are Eze and Lili, we are doing social circus activities around Armenia, Latin America and Europe. Currently we live in the city of Yerevan and want to organize the first Social Circus Festival of Armenia. Circus acts, music, theatre and dance, all together in three days, in the magical and mountainous Syunik region!

We plan to have 3 days of shows, performances and workshops in the city of Goris. Armenia and especially Syunik region have been under the constant threat of war for many many years. We believe that its important to organize this festival in places with less cultural activity and bring some smiles and happiness to this area and the families that are located there.

We plan to bring kids from the surrounding border-villages, to participate in the festival in Goris and have an unique experience. Over the last year, we have been doing workshops and performances in the region and have been getting inspired by the joy and the motivation of the kids. Also: Over 300 displaced families from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) currently live in Goris. We want to work and keep working with the kids of these families.

Empowerment to engage, learn and play, building empathy, experiencing teamwork, feeling self-confidence ...the list of the benefits of (social) circus is long. With your help we can make magic happen!
