The South Chicago Velodrome Association is an advocacy group existing to insure access to velodromes in Chicago, promote track culture and foster environments to teach the traditions to new generations.

SCVA is run by and for the people, intends to be transparent, inclusive, and always open to direct feedback from the community at large.

- Raise $150k by 10/01/2015 to pay remaining balance on existing facility.
- High School Velodrome League: pilot- 2015, full program- 2016
