Please help The Sobik Family during this terribly difficult time. Trad and Liz were driving their four beautiful children home after a family barbecue on July 4th, 2018 when they were in a very serious car accident.
Their 8 month old daughter was airlifted with Mom, Liz, to a local childrens' trauma center while her twin sister and their 2 year old twins were transported by vehicle to be checked out as well. Thank God all four children and Liz have been released and are recovering at home.
Unfortunately, their Dad, Trad, was not as lucky. He took the brunt of the accident and was transported to the hospital, then moved to a trauma center. He is still in the hospital at this time with significant injuries and has a very long and difficult recovery ahead of him. Trad has been the sole income in their home so Liz can stay home to care for the children. This accident will definitely cause Trad be out of work for many many weeks (if not months) to come.
We are starting this fundraiser to help ease the financial burden of being out of work, assist them in paying their medical bills, keep food on the table, and keep the lights on for this beautiful family.
The other driver is now in jail for his actions. We hope the County and State do their part to bring him justice. However, now more than ever and most importantly, the Sobik family needs our help!
