Soai Dwight Ikesakes Talbot Memorial

Soai Ikesakes Talbot originally from Palau, Micronesia came to the United States and has lived in Susanville, California for over thirty years. He came as a college student and ended staying and marrying his College Sweetheart Candi Ikesakes and has worked for the United States Forest Service for over twenty years. He has two beautiful daughters and a son-in law and a wonderful grandson. He was taken from us long before his time and we will miss him terribly. He will be going home to Palau to be laid to rest by his father.

Hazel Quam, Soai's daughter will be overseeing the account.
