Hello, my name is Brian “Snowman” Snow. Many of you know me as a broadcaster, storyteller, and the voice behind Snowman in the Morning. But today, I’m sharing my most personal story — my fight for life, health, and hope.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The fight was brutal. I endured multiple surgeries, had five organs removed (including my spleen, kidney, and most of my pancreas), and suffered blood clots in both lungs. I also lost mobility, relying on a wheelchair, and even had toes amputated.

But through it all, by God’s grace — and by the love of my wife Jodi — I survived.

When we moved back to Indiana after receiving what felt like a death sentence, I was fogged out on chemotherapy, exhausted, and ready to give up. Jodi refused.

She said no — for both of us.

She found work. She secured insurance. She fought through red tape and got me in front of the right doctors. And because of her determination, I had cancer surgery on April 4th, 2022 — the day that gave me a second chance at life.

Jodi is the reason I’m here today, able to keep fighting. This journey has been ours together, every step of the way.

Surviving cancer was only the beginning. Now, my fight is about recovery:

Managing type 2 diabetes every day.

Working to rebuild my strength and mobility.

Reducing my weight so I can regain independence.

Being there — fully present — for my wife Jodi and our children, Sanya, Cheyenne, and Dakota.
