Snow White's Recovery

Our Beautiful dog Snow has been sick for about 2 weeks. After endless vet visits, X-rays and ultra sounds....a mass was found in her GI tract (stomach). The vet took a biopsy and we are waiting to hear the results. We are hoping it is just a mass/cyst that needs to be removed and not cancer. She has been unable to eat and our vet bill has already racked up to 3,000$. We are preparing for surgery. 
My dog to me is more than just a dog....I am at a crossroads. I couldn't even imagine a world where she isn't in my bed every morning looking up at me....wondering what adventure we are going on. She has been my training partner, best friend and child to me for the last 3 years. At this point...our wallets are empty...and this is the only chance she has to getting surgery. I love my dog. She is my baby, my everything. Snow is a fighter and I know she is battling whatever this is. Please help me get Snow healthy!
