My niece Tammy has been a very special part of our family since she was born. The oldest grandchild, she has always been  a happy, cheerful and loving person. Although Tammy was born with Down Syndrome, she worked most of her life, but sadly could no longer continue to do so after being diagnosed with Alzheimers a few years ago.  Now on her final journey, Tammy is slowly leaving us. My sister Patty (her mother) has cared for Tammy, her entire life.  But unfortunately, about 20 yrs. ago Patty had to have a tumor removed from her spine which left her disabled. Despite the diffculty, Patty continued to work until retirement age.  Though all the tough times, Patty and Tammy persevered and have been each others strongest support.  Sadly Tammy is entering her final stages with her disease and she and Patty could use some help for final expenses.  Any support would be greatly appreciated.
