Hi, I’m Jay, the founder of Snack Lab. What started as a passion for creating delicious, handmade snacks has grown into a small business that brings joy to Chicago and beyond. From small-batch potato chips to artisan popcorn, candies, cookies, breads, pretzels, brittles, and more every product is made with care, love, and the finest ingredients.

When I started Snack Lab, I wanted to create snacks that were not only delicious and inventive but also made with integrity—no shortcuts, no mass production, just honest, handcrafted treats. Over time, I’ve been overwhelmed by the support from my customers, who keep coming back for more.
