Hi My name is Barry, on the 21st of June I will be taking on the challenge of completing the 3 peak summits in 24 hours to raise money for a very important charity. I am taking on this challenge in the hope that it will raise awareness for arthritis developing in children. Never in my life did i think it was possible for such a horrible disease to happen in a child but I had to find out the hard way.

3 years ago my daughter Khalleigh was diagnosed with Arthritis. She has been through so much with operations and medications and currently still is. She has been so brave from the start and still continues to be a warrior.

I have chosen this Charity as I admire the work and effort these parents put in. The people who run this organisation also have children with this disease and I strongly believe if it wasn't for them there would be no awareness of this illness in children. They are an amazing organisation and this is just small gesture of my appreciation.
