I can’t believe I am writing this, great time of year to get served a diagnosis right? Let

me tell you that out of nowhere life can just change! This has been 2 months of emotional turmoil and not knowing. Finally this week I am here to tell you something you all know too well, Cancer SUCKS! I’ve seen so many people do these sort of fundraisers and never thought I would be in a place where I would need to. Anyone who knows me, knows I am a fighter and I live for my two boys. I have fought an auto immune disease my whole life, I’ve supported my friends in need and they have always supported me, I’ve even seen friends passed away and many survive! You all know me and how I put Jordan and Cameron before myself, I went back to school and just recently got my Masters so that I could provide a better life for them as a single mom/mum. So why me, why me-I feel like I need to explain myself and apologize to everyone, yet all I really need do is to ask for your help, your thoughts, prayer and positivity are as important too. Sorry for the rambling but I need to stay alive a little longer, I need to finish raising my 11 year old Cameron, I love him so much and my 26 year old Jordan he’s my ride or die, so I am fighting this because it is not my time to go, I got things to accomplish for them and us. I have a job and insurance right why do I need help? Well insurance is not full coverage to get the targeted medical treatments and services that I need, my portion for diagnostics, genetic testing and the treatments is extremely high and so here I am Asking for your help and support. The saving grace is that the type I have is HER2 positive and highly treatable, that’s the power of prayer already! I really don’t know what else to write, except if you know me, I’m a fighter and I fight for my kids and by helping me, you are fighting for them too. You know this sucks believe me! My heart is broken for my boys so I gotta fix and heal this!! Thank you and if you are with me you are with us, so please pray for us, we need so much during this time. Amanda
