One Race, For One Man
This June Team H12:One will take on the Baja 500, one of the toughest Off-Road races in the world, and this year, this One Race is for One Man,,, Javier.
Javier is someone we have known for many years. Javier races in this race of life with many difficult challenges. Javier has very poor eye sight,  he has a disabilitating infection of Arthritus, Phoriasis, and he has had both legs amputated due to Diabetes.
Javier has no family here in Ensenada, but he has his Family in Jesus that takes care of him. Javier is pretty much confined to his home and has lost the ability to freely come and go. He no longer goes to the store alone, or is able to visit with his nieghbors. We are hoping and reaching out to you to help raise funds for a powered wheel chair, and not just any wheel chair. Javier will need a specialized Off-Road style chair due to where he lives.
Most would say that Javier's way of living is impossible, but with his faith and love for God, he takes on every challenge in the course that is set before him. To meet and, to be with Javier is something that will inspire and encourage you, and for us it will be an honor to race for him. Come be a part of this great event.
