Hi, this is Tiffany, Cheryl's youngest daughter.

On March 22, 2025, my mother was involved in a serious car wreck that fractured her kneecap, along with causing a world of other bodily issues. She had surgery performed, was put in a full leg brace, and then, before she could even sit up in bed, let alone put weight on the leg, the hospital discharged her to a rehab facility. But, Medicare only pays for 20 days of rehab, which at this point are only being used to stabilize her, as she still cannot start doing the actual rehab until she is able to put weight on the leg. As of right now, that looks to be a number of months down the road before that can begin, due to her still not being able to sit up fully without being in immense pain.

This has caused her entire world to be turned upside down, eliminating her ability to work, and requiring 24/7 assistance, even after being released on April 15th (the last day that Medicare pays for her rehab). Due to all of this, she is going to move up to OKC with me, but I can't do this alone. We've now got a long list of things she'll need to get through this including a hospital bed so that she can be raised up to eat and her body be supported, a wheelchair for me to transport her to and from doctor appointments, cleaning supplies for bed baths, prescriptions, home health care, physical & occupational therapy, and so much more.

I know that my mother has touched many, many people in her life, and I am now asking for your help to help me get her the things that she needs in order to get healthy & strong, be able to attend church, and get back to herself, even if it's just a new version of herself.
