Smilka's private home care

Hello friends,
As some of you know, my sister Smilka has been physically and mentally  incapacitated for few years now. During this time,I have  been financing her medical care and a prIvate home live in facility with round the clock care.
Since the infrastructure in Puerto Rico has been destroyed by hurricane Maria we have suffered a lot of damages  to our home and business.
We are trying to reopen our beach shop,but we don't expect enough income to cover Smilka's expenses as well as our own.
In Puerto Rico  a person with her conditions does not qualify for any type of government assistance.
We  would appreciate any help with Smlka's care till we can get back on our feet.
