Smiles through tears

I have a patient with a 1 in a million medical condition. She smiles even though she is in constant pain. As her Nurse and friend I can see that there are a few things she needs to help improve her quality of life.  Seeing as how she would not want to ask for "handouts" I will. She is a warm, caring, mother of three, wife, and so much more. She has a diagnosis of Stiff-Person Syndrome. Her Neurologist is out of Baltimore and she lives in West Michigan. Please help me raise money for her to be able to purchase a mechanical recliner and a few other small things she needs to make her more comfortable.
