SMILEBOTS - VEX WORLDS CHAMPIONSHIP 2025

SMILEBOTS team is an independent team composed by 6 students, united by a strong passion for robotics, engineering and innovation.

SMILEBOTS participates every year in national and international competitions, competing with their one of the kind robot - the result of hours of design, development and collaboration.

Each challenge represents to SMILEBOTS an opportunity for growth, not only at technical level, but also at personal level, allowing them to develop skills such as problem solving, teamwork and management of complex projects.

SMILEBOTS placed 2nd in the national competition this February 2025 and are now qualified to compete, for the second year, in the VEX Robotics Worlds Championship: an international tournament in which more than 16,000 teams of students build and program robots to complete different challenges. It is the most important Robotics Event in the World and involves participants from all around the globe with the aim of promoting STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) through robotic design. SMILEBOTS compete in the category V5 - VEX Robotics.

To continue to grow and compete in these events, it is necessary to be able to count also on financial support that allows SMILEBOTS to cover the costs of materials, technological components, registrations, and travel.
