SMHS Cheer Needs New Uniforms!

We are the San Marcos High School Cheerleaders. Over the past 9 years, our teams have been using the same uniforms as we lead cheers at games, pep rallies, and other school functions. The uniforms have been so well loved and passed down from generations of Royals that they are now falling apart. Sometimes, we have to use hot glue guns to glue letters on that have fallen off minutes before a game!
The cheerleader is such an important part of the high school community. We lead the school spirit campaigns, encourage participation, and work hard to demonstrate good citizenship and athleticism. More than that, being on this team means so much to us personally. We laugh and grow with our best friends, (literally) building each other up. We are a group of women who deserve a uniform that reflects who we are as a group - strong, athletic, bright, and thoroughly ROYAL.
Here's our problem. To get the uniforms we desperately need, we need to raise enough money to be able to purchase them! So we are on a mission to raise $20,000 by May 15 to cover the cost of our new uniforms. We are a proud public school - that means equal opportunity to every educational experience, no matter what your income is. We are proud to be able to accept every deserving cheerleader onto our team, and are ready to fight to ensure we all get the gear necessary to do our jobs! Any amount you can give will help us make our goal.
