On march 6th 2025 our family of 4 was completely turned upside down when my wife Natalie went in for an EEG test of her brain waves. On the previous day March 5th she had an MRI scan done at the same facility. We went in for the EEG and the doc proceeded to tell my wife to have her family join her in the room. We were told she had a very large brain tumor in her left frontal lobe. We were told to go home pack a bag and rush to the ER. The thousands of questions and fear set in immediately, we never would have expected this news in our family when just 2 short years prior our 8 month old son had just gone though skull surgery as well for craniosynostosis. We began to think why us our small family of 4 being put through so much. We rushed home packed a small bag and headed for the hospital. Upon being admitted it was confirmed my wife had a 5.1cm by 4.2cm by 4.0cm brain tumor. Her surgery date had been set for March 11th. With the fear of the unknown I let my job know I would not be attending for support of my wife. It’s been 7 long days in the hospital now and she’s been though surgery and is planned for a full recovery, we have a long road ahead of us and lots of support will be needed at home to make sure my wife and our two small children Liam (3yr) and Ellie (1yr) are taken care of. We are asking for anything you are willing to give to help this financial situation to ease any further unfortunate events. Thank you
