This stage involves carefully designing the full layout of the bakery workspace to ensure an efficient and compliant environment for baking, decorating, packaging, and shipping orders. Every detail is being mapped out — from oven placement and worktables to sinks, refrigeration, and storage — so that this small space can function as a fully operational bakery. What started in my home kitchen is steadily growing into something much bigger, and this milestone brings the dream one step closer to becoming reality.
