Small Rez Fashion - A Short Documentary

Small Rez Fashion is a short documentary that will focus on indigenous fashion designer and artist Rebekah Jarvey, who has recently made waves in the fashion industry with several pieces that call attention to the deep and multifaceted traditions of indigenous culture. The film will cover her life, art, and dreams for the future as a native artist. 

The potential for this film is huge. Directed by Montana State student Tiara Doney, an indigenous woman herself, the representation this film promotes cannot be denied. Tiara (Tia) hopes to use film as a way to break down stereotypes, and put native culture in the spotlight and Small Rez Fashion will be her directorial debut on that front.  

We believe that this nation has a responsibility to uphold and celebrate native traditions, culture, and art.  By donating to this project, you will be a part of that celebration.
