We are raising €2,000 to provide small investigative journalism grants to three dedicated journalists from CiFAR’s global network of trainees. These grants will enable them to conduct impactful investigations into corruption, sanctions violations, and illicit financial flows—issues that threaten democracy and justice worldwide.
Your donation directly benefits journalists from CiFAR’s database—reporters who are eager to make a difference but need financial support to carry out their work.
These grants will enable them to gather evidence, conduct interviews, and publish groundbreaking investigations.
Your support will:
- Provide €500 grants to three individual journalists to fund their investigations.
- Cover €500 in administrative costs to support these journalists throughout their reporting process.
Here are more ways to help us:
- Share – Spread the word on social media to amplify our impact.
- Engage – Follow CiFAR’s work and stay updated on the investigations made possible by your support.
Statement from Jackson Oldfield, CiFAR's Director:
Who we are:
Civil Forum for Asset Recovery (CiFAR) was founded in 2015 to support civil society to campaign across borders to prevent public asset theft and support accountable and transparent asset recovery.
Our vision is a world where public officials are unable to steal public money and hide it overseas. Our mission is to end cross-border corruption and to ensure transparency and accountability in asset recovery.
