Small Cat Needs Her Brain Scanned

Sometime in December, I came home from work and saw Small Cat walking around in circles, dragging her back legs and meowing at me in distress. We rushed her to the emergency vet, where we learned nothing had poisoned her, and everything else in her bloodwork had turned up normal. So we took her home, I piled a bunch of blankets on the floor, set her down, and curled up to sleep/watch over her.

I took a few days off work to watch her, as she was still stumbling, not really eating, getting stuck in repetative motions, and lacking and real coordination, it was a real possibility that she could hurt herself attempting even the smallest of jumps.  Where she was once full of energy and basically a complete ninja,  she was now almost completely unresponsive. That "lights are on, but nobody's home" look, she stayed in that state for several days. I barely left her side.

Since then, I've not sure how many episodes she's had. There have been small ones where I've noticed she's walking in circles, seems confused, lost, or unaware of her surrounds. There is an aura to her seizures that I've noticed and recognize now, so I can prepare myself and get her as comfortable as possible. She spent one night bobbing her head and rhythmically twitching for hours. I admit . I cried.

I took her the vet again and they ran a bunch of tests for diseases (Feline HIV, Feline Leukemia,  Immunodeficiency, hypoglycemia, and a whole bunch of others that I can't remember).  It was somewhat relieving to hear that all those came back negative, but it still left that one huge question: Why is a healthy six year old cat suddenly having seizure?

My partner happened to catch her right at the beginning of what was probably the worst one so far (about two weeks ago now), and he rushed her, soaked in her own urine and unable to even use her back legs, to the veterinary clinic. Laying on the table, paddling her front paws, and just staring blankly, the vet got to actually see one of these episodes that I had been discussing with her (I wasn't 100% sure that these WERE seizures up until that point. I had my suspicions. but it's not like I'm an expert.) This one was bad enough that we didn't know if she would make it through, and it took several days before she could walk steadily, and even more time to return to what I would consider "normal".

I feel like it's only a matter of time until the next occurs; everytime I start thinking "wow, quite a bit of time has passed without any episodes", it isn't long after that when something happens again.

It's very likely it could be a tumor or something else, and I'm ready to take the next step and get her littly kitty brain scanned. I need to know what's going on with her. So while I'm diligently saving and trying to sell what little I have that might be of value, I'm asking you, animal lovers of the internet, friends, family, for support - for any little contribution. I don't expect much to come of this, but I'm at a point where I need to at least try.

TL;DR version: I love my cat. She has seizures. She doesn't have any diseases or nutritional deficiencies or anything cause them, so signs are pointing to a neurological cause. MRIs or CAT scans cost around $2,000, and I need to know what's going on with Small Cat, so this feels like the logical next step, it's just finacially a bit out of reach in the short-term. So I'm asking for a bit of help, if you can.
