Imagine receiving a legal threat from a global giant like Hugo Boss just three days before giving birth...That's exactly what happened to me and my family, and now we need your help to fight back!
Over the past two months, a dark cloud has been hanging over us as we’ve tried to focus on the work ahead. Now, the situation has become serious‼️
Three days before I was due to give birth, I received a letter from Hugo Boss' legal representatives demanding that we change our business name, #FlavorBoss. They claim the word "BOSS" belongs to them, and that our name and concept are too similar.
I barely had time to grasp what the letter was about before reaching out to my network for advice and support. Thankfully, I got good feedback on how to handle the situation.
We do not agree with Hugo Boss! Unlike many small businesses that are intimidated by the resources and threats of lawsuits, we’ve decided to take a stand. We’re fighting for justice for small businesses like ours!
We refuse to back down and let ourselves be run over by such a large international company!
We have hired legal counsel from WYZ Law Group and are ready to defend ourselves. The case has already gained attention from SVT, which filmed with us today.
This is about more than just us – it’s about justice for all small businesses that are unfairly targeted by big companies like Hugo Boss.
