FashionBar - Broken into by Looters & Rioters
I am Tony Long, CEO of FashionBar LLC located in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood. FashionBar has been negatively impacted of the Police Brutality protest for George Floyd. Once the peaceful protest was over agitators, looters and rioters disrupted businesses in the Uptown area of Chicago. Businesses were looted, vandalised and broken iinto and we were one of these business.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
I received a call at 9:24pm on Monday, June 1st 2020 about The Showroom had been broken into using bricks. I was prepared as I stored most items in storage, however we had a broken entry door, damaged office equipment and damaged floors by violent agitators.

If you know me, nothing will bring me down nothing! I'm here for equality and inclusion. FashionBar has allowed me to celebrate all people from Trans, Gender Non Conforming, African Americans, Latino Americans, Asian American, our Jewish and Muslin Americans. Chicago is diverse and we can only win together.
Please help me continue this fight as I have the will and determination to continue and build what this great city has offered YOU and ME.
How will GoFundME be used:
- Replace damaged windows by looting and vandalism.
- Install a security system as a preventative measure for future
- Office equipment
- Help with rebuilding the FashionBar Showroom
- Pay Monthly Rent and Utilities for 3 months
