My abusive ex-fiance (currently in FL) contacted "police" to have me kidnapped on 1/26/2022. I was taken from my family's home and thrown in the Cook County (Illinois) Jail where I sat until May 5, 2022. Next I was handcuffed and put on a United Airlines flight accompanied by David Tubeville and Candice Watkins who allegedly belong to the Brevard County, FL Sheriffs Dept. A judge in Brevard County, FL released me a week later. I was jailed on NO CHARGES, there was no warrant, and my family was threatened as four men said to me (my family witnessed), "If you don't come with us, we'll charge you with resisting arrest." The FL court docket was altered to hide all of this happening and wrongly states I was "arrested on May 5, 2022." That's NOT what happened AT ALL. My family was too, victimized by this and also were witnesses.

Right now I would like to learn the names of these men who took me from my family's home on 1/26/2022. I don't believe they were real police officers as nothing they did followed any type of procedure at all. The police need a REASON to claim “arresting” a person. This was against the law, without question. The Cook County, IL public defenders office wouldn’t then and still won't help me currently, AT ALL, stating how they will not get involved and earlier denied it was while I was illegally being detained, “their problem” when both my family and I had numerous questions in search of answers necessary to help better understand what I went through and why. I would like to press criminal charges against the parties who did this to me. Since this incident I have been cyberstalked and threatened by the appearance of what now and since wrongly suggests there are "warrants" for my "arrest" for "failing to appear" to hearings I was NOT INFORMED ABOUT. This has been an ongoing pattern for over two years unfortunately.

Because I left an abusive relationship with my ex-fiance, he has been remotely controlling to destroy my livelihood, reputation, happiness, sense of security, and actual safety since 2020. As the situation appears, in June 2020 my ex had hired an attorney who earlier sent police (in FL) to my door, coercing me to sign a BACKDATED “trespass affidavit” alleging I was at an address I wasn’t even at, which was then used against me when I tried to press charges against my ex in the domestic violence court for threatening to kill me, destroying my business, and patterned sexual abuse. The attorney’s mission was from day one, to slander me as result of reporting to the FL police my ex had spoken DEATH THREATS to me and reason I got away from him was because he was habitually raping me in the home we lived in together (with his two children between the years of 2018-2020) and is further next why I left Florida entirely to come live with family out of the state where I would be safe and away from him.

The incident on 1/26/2022 prevents me from being able to report to the Des Plaines police department, the “officers” (one was a man in a leather jacket) who kidnapped me, because PATTERNS suggest I will be AGAIN retaliated against for telling the truth. I both fear as well as believe they will just cover it up and harass me and my family some more. I believe this is true because I began reporting crime to this same department in January of 2021, (after the FL police failed to arrest my ex since reporting to them beginning in May of 2020) and then in February of 2021 two DPPD officers came to the home of my family and left without making any reports after I had again asked them to investigate threats my family was receiving and cyber attacks impacting my family's home internet network connection causing to repeatedly cause locking us out of accounts, passwords changing, phone calls being re-routed, and our devices on their own switching onto user accounts not belonging to us, later revealing evidence that this was done to control our devices remotely. My computer I later learned had been administered remotely by an unauthorized anonymous party who was preventing me from accessing my own files during which time I was being forced to argue against false claims against me online to the court in Florida using an online eFiling portal to connect me to the court, which filings of mine they also redacted, intercepted, sabotaged, and actually impersonated judges to cause meddling and the prevention of a necessary federal investigation (for patterns of racketeering).

The damages I have been documenting relating to requiring me to replace technology devices resulted all while I was being led to believe I was intentionally using the computer OFFLINE in an attempt to protect myself and shield myself from outside influences entirely. Parties have been manipulating the bluetooth switches we have seen flip back and forth on their own before our eyes while our modem had for months simply been unplugged entirely. The result of all this is that my family and I have needed to go without cell phones for our protection and safety as no agencies or law enforcement departments locally would agree to investigate any of this, and after replacing over eight devices in two years time we could no longer afford it. The relentless attacks against my family and our privacy warrants it’s own lawsuit in it of itself.

On my own, when I did what digging I could, I learned that who was filing the documents resulting in these earlier "bench warrants" containing non-existent "statute violations" that connect to a falsified "probable cause affidavit" suggesting I committed a NON-EXISTENT CRIME at a NON-EXISTENT ADDRESS, TWO YEARS IN THE FUTURE is not who they claim to be based on the name displaying on the documents themselves not matching to the online footprint these caused when filing. Party alleging to be a "public defender" in Brevard County, FL is actually proving (based on other patterns connecting facts) impersonation by what I believe to be my ex's attorney, Vincent Albert Citro committing actual document fraud and perjury, REPEATEDLY, and with intent to cause wrongfully jailing me while pretending to be a non-existent person making these filings.

This is all because I reported my criminal ex to the police in FL and in IL, none of them did anything about and despite him having violated a judge ordered NO CONTACT ORDER (domestic violence injunction) five times. In August 2020 the judge said, "yep, those are DEATH THREATS, but he LOOKS credible." After that I was burglarized by the Florida “police,” (security camera footage captured proof of happening), stalked by men with guns (police acknowledged happened as by men HIRED by my ex they neither pressed any charges against or made stop), made homeless, kidnapped the first of two times in FL on 12/11/2020, then kidnapped a SECOND TIME, this time being taken illegally while being threatened from my family's home in Illinois on 1/26/2022 then actually TRAFFICKED as I was transported in handcuffs on a United Airlines flight void of any documentation required for them to claim having had any grounds to have carried out what they alleged on 5/5/22 was, "extradition," which IT WASN’T. Extradition is only a method for transporting criminal fugitives to a court having jurisdiction of the crime. An important factor to acknowledge in this instance is, that I DID NOT COMMIT ANY CRIME. You do not ship a victim of domestic violence over state lines without cause just to silence them from reporting the crimes that were committed against them. Despite what my abusive ex has lied to the court through his attorneys about me, (lying to claim I “wire tapped him” which DID NOT HAPPEN) I have not committed any crime, and the FL court manufacturing documents to claim wrongful “right” to attempt commencing sham proceedings against me they have no jurisdiction to hear topics on what he instead did to me, is in violation of my civil rights, and two years ago when this first happened to me I deserved legal representation appointed to me, necessary to have been able to have fought them off (as I have been clearly outnumbered) also against the laws, I never got. I have been proceeding as a PRO SE LITIGANT without any legal assistance, money, or safe internet since June of 2020 and am currently still in litigation in the Supreme Court of Florida if anyone is interested in reading my petitions and briefs. A lot of my evidence has been redacted, not by me.

I'm living every day feeling threatened and getting cyber stalking emails suggesting I will be on the receiving end of more abuse and violence in the near future. This is because I have been defending myself, DAILY, while seeking actual justice as they continue abusing me BECAUSE OF THIS. There is clearly a WAR ON FREE SPEECH in this country, watch the news and it is obvious I am not the only one impacted by the politicized federal law enforcement agency failures not helping victims of crime, while simultaneously pushing their “woke” agenda in the process of elections taking priority over everything else, even following through on what talking points these politicians are in fact RUNNING ON for the sole purpose of getting elected in the first place (making them all hypocites and liars), while the “soft on crime DA’S” enriching criminals and gangs being in fact primarily responsible for ruining our society, while identifying in the process, the existence of a government facilitated, criminal gang “protection racket” in reality. It’s terrible, but obvious. I might be inexperienced dealing with legal matters, as would anyone in my position, but I am truly proud of myself for how far I have come anyway, unassisted. It’s not right, it’s not fair, and clearly my determination and efforts put forth creating to cause result which is my telling of an “un-popular” TRUTH no one wants to acknowledge and correct, is why my life has been made as hard as it has in the process, though despite that I am anyway hopeful that I will soon look back on all of this in a position to turn around and help others because of what I, from all this, will have learned. It may appear I am “failing” in the courts, but the appearance of failing and actually failing are not the same thing, and I am only a legal “threat” to these parties (who are attorneys with law degrees, by comparrison to someone who doesn’t possess one at all, shouldn’t be), because they know I’m no “dummy.” I successfully ran a clothing store business I also established myself, which I originally funded as result of having been a popular entertainer traveling between Las Vegas, New York, and Chicago between the years of 2005-2020 to have danced on stages in over nine cities while completing a goal of running a marathon (26.2 miles) in all of the 50 states, while currently, I have only six states remaining to say at which point my goal would at this point be considered complete. I began writing an inspirational book about this marathon goal I have been unable to work on for years because of what has happened in my life though intend on starting over from scratch anyway as this situation warrants it’s own novel instead. I tested and was accepted to university with intentions of studying law back in 2020, a direction I still intend on heading in once the dust has settled. Please help me stop these people. I am someone who has the strength to inspire others, however right now I just need a little encouragement and financial assistance myself in order to get there.

My abusive ex-fiance Bruce Lee Assam, deserves consequences for what he has put me through. Initially, why I reported him was because he threatened me in response to asking him to return $2M worth of my business asset property he stole after alleging to have hired a moving company based in Naperville, IL to (as he promised me at the time) relocate my earlier owned clothing store business (2018, located in Park Ridge, IL) from IL to FL. By the year 2020, when my belongings still had not arrived from the earlier promised MOVE, (I see now was fraud and a robbery theft under false pretenses), he grew additionally aggressive, violent, and actually filed a fraudulent lawsuit against me to collect “unspecified damages in excess of $30K,” and while his attorneys manipulated these proceedings as well (changing case numbers and sending men to stalk me), I was given no opportunity to defend against the fraudulent claim they filed to create malicious debt bondage retaliating because I demanded the respect I deserved and reported them to the injunction court for doing this in real time as well.

My family and I have been put through a lot already and I really didn't deserve to spend three months in jail REASONLESS, just because they’re all afraid of the consequences for their earlier actions. Currently, my vehicle is being stored in Florida (at least it was last time I saw it). When I was kidnapped on 12/11/2020, I was renting an office, two storage spaces and a garage housing the portion of my property my ex did deliver to FL back in 2019, approximating only 10% of what earlier filled two commercial stores with fixtures, inventory for two clothing stores, refrigerator, baby grand piano, three sets of furniture from earlier apartments I rented, industrial sewing machines, tools of the trade, etc. TWO SEMI-TRUCKS were full on moving day when everything was picked up and what he dropped off for me was just my clothes, piano, sewing machines, and fabric while the MAJORITY of what he took from me I just never saw again and don’t know where it is ( I have asked for numerous investigations to locate this already).

After I was released from jail on 12/13/2020 (as result of my family having been EXTORTED for $15K by a bondsman also threatening us, the court docket reflects false charges were then not even filed until 12/18/2020, proving the false arrest to have been to steal from us and impose financial abuse paired with additional document fraud), I returned to my office wanting to empty it out and leave Florida, though I couldn’t because I had been locked out, reasonless. My security cameras captured parties AFTER kidnapping me, entering my spaces fully and while seen taking video on a cell phone of the contents. I reported that for numerous reasons, (it being unsafe, primarily), I have been not only unable to go reclaim my property since being victimized by this fraud and violence, but because I earlier depended on my business to support myself and have been put in debt battling my ex in the court since 2020, not only am I in debt as result, my credit line has been maxed out, I’m receiving letters from collections agencies, and my family has helped me every month since then, support the monthly costs of all of these units costing approximately $1,500.00/mo because the outcome result of missing a payment is that my property will be auctioned off, and then there goes my evidence necessary to prove I did in fact own the business my ex destroyed when lying to me, alleging to move me from Illinois to Florida, a move which never resulted to drop off what I was then and am still dependent on to get on with my life, in general.

Not only do I have to repay my family the $15K they took out a loan (with interest) to cover for my release, these monthly charges being imposed for over two years while the courts cause nothing but delays as I require reporting MORE CRIMES being committed against me as result of not receiving a ruling, TIMELY, for the first set of crimes I reported has created problems for me preventing me to seek employment during this time for a couple of reasons, 1) covid-19 has impacted businesses and hiring everywhere, 2) cyber crimes being committed against me have prevented my ability to use ebay, or engage in any type of work from home opportunities because I have not had any safe internet at all in two years, 3) it appears wrongfully that I have (2) pending “felonies” on my FAKE “record,” as the parties are also responsible for posting humiliating mugshots of me in response to my being KIDNAPPED. I have been slandered to the point of being considered “unemployable” as any employer googling my name will see these and there goes my chances of trying to go on with my life to support and feed myself, let alone afford anything else. My family came up with $5K to pay attorneys in Orlando who actually LIED TO ME, claiming they would “preserve my reputation,” for me, then they instead turned around and filed documents to “withdraw” after stealing my money and ignoring my earlier calls and emails asking them WHY they filed a wrong case number to my docket. I reported them to the police in Orlando, FL, and no response from that report either.

I need protection, I need answers, and I really need the assignment of a VICTIM'S ADVOCATE and legal help. Being as how the crimes happened in two states, I have contacted the FBI and the DOJ already, these agencies have failed responding and I believe it is because of the cyber attacks impacting my ability to successfully reach them. Please contact me with any contacts or suggestions you might have for me as to how I can reach the right people in the right departments for purposes of protecting myself and them from what I fear is future and additional harassment and actual violent danger finding us again. The pattern has been, without fail, being that everytime I report this group of people, they repeat to retaliate (probably because they are cyber stalking me and are aware of who I am reaching out to and when for the help which I am neither getting because of them, presumably).

Whoever takes the time to actually care, and to actually DO THEIR JOB, as no one up until this point has…upon looking into these matters (which prove true) will then in fact see very clearly 1) the “bond agency” the parties alleged in their set of fraudulent document filings is a non-existent company therefore defining insurance fraud being committed through patterned fraud scheme proving an actual conspiracy fraud against the government by and through visible acts constituting the misappropriation of federal funds [racket] 2) the attorneys from the Law Office of Corey Cohen & Associates I recently hired caught stealing from me were attempting to prosecute me rather than defend me, 3) the attorneys hired by my ex on numerous instances have misrepresented themseleves to the court and that in it of itself deserved consequences imposed prior to the issues surrounding not one, but TWO unlawful arrest kidnappings even becoming a factor necessary to argue in relation to any of these matters which grew in proportion, relative to their earlier actions being the cause of 140 parties having been listed in lawsuits I filed against those actually aiding and abetting in the cover up 4) they clearly caused these kidnapping “arrests” because they had no way to otherwise explain all the compounded felony crimes they committed against me they thought I would be too stupid to properly label and report against them while proceeding in covering my ex’s crimes, for proffit (a misguided approach they took, indeed). These people are GROSS, the group of Brevard County Circuit Court judges are especially GROSS, the police in two states are GROSS, this entire “justice” system is GROSS. Domestic Violence victims as PATTERN, are getting abused by our country’s government and I’m one victim who isn’t going to tolerate it. With all that said, please do what you can to help me as I am confident I will win this fight being actually, good vs. evil.
