Happy to have you here, on this online movement education temporal page.
It took me a while to comprehend the current situation and to reconsider my (screened) contribution possibilities.
I highly appreciate and amazed by the amount of online classes and knowledge offered right now on such a broad scale, arriving from (and reaching to) limitless destinations.
In addition, I keep researching how we can maintain intimacy during these days of quarantine and what would allow us to fill the need for a simple, warm human encounter.
What do I offer?
I will be offering here a schedule of classes, GYROKINESIS®, Gaga/people and Gaga/dancers, with which I wish to overcome the physical distance and deliver high quality of experience and insights, hopefully will allow the development and growth keep flowing through our bodies.
Long story short! Let's move together.
You're welcome to join me for some or all of the classes, listen to your body and show your beautiful smile on my screen whenever you wish.

GYROKINESIS® classes - will be given as a collaboration with my friends and colleagues from 'Gyrotonic Room' in Israel. links to classes will be shared on their FaceBook page, and on my feed as well. A donation to 'Gyrotonic Room' studio will be accepted with love.

As an independent freelancers, I'm unfortunately unable to secure work during challenging times, like these. I have minimal employment benefits and little ability to save in advance: most/all of my engagements are canceled due to social distancing restrictions and precautions.

What is Gaga?
Gaga classes offer a framework for users to connect to their bodies and imaginations, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, exercise their agility and explosive power, and enjoy the pleasure of movement. Gaga's movement language is developed by Ohad Naharin, house choreographer of Batsheva Dance Company, and constantly evolving.

What is GYROKINESIS®?
The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method, which coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.
The Gyrokinesis Method is practiced on a mat and chair, without equipment. Without the feedback and guidance of equipment, participants in a Gyrokinesis class are more dependent on their own proprioception to explore movement sequences.
