My name is Lou I'm a 25 year old chef/musician trans girl living in Chicago, I had a terrible bike accident on my way to work this month after hitting a massive pothole and broke my right collarbone and sprained my left wrist causing me to loose both my jobs after already living paycheck to paycheck and haven't been able secure a source of income since. I'm asking for just enough to get through the next month while I recover and hopefully can get a job somewhere ASAP. I've been trying to apply to every job I can, but the market is so terrible right now and especially being visibly androgynous and injured no one is willing to hire me at the moment.

I wish I didn't have to ask for this support but in all honesty, I have no other options. My family and I are not on talking terms and I have no real support systems atleast financially. If I can't pay for my rent I stand a very scary and real chance of losing my apartment. I've been living on emergency credit cards for the past month without any real options to get out of debt or pay it off. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated and only spent on the bare necessities to get by.
