Hello Everyone - As many of you may have already heard, almost 4 weeks ago my brother, Chuck, was in a bad ATV accident. He banged himself up pretty good; Broken clavicle, collapsed lung, bruised lung, multiple fractured ribs, fractured hip, and multiple fractures in his back.
He is however very lucky, and did not suffer any head or neck trauma, and thankfully, he is moving all of his extremities.
Chuck has spent the last 3+ weeks healing his lungs and ribs so he could get the back surgery he needed to fix the fractures in his back. I am very happy to say he was able to finally complete the back surgery, and it went well.
Slow and steady is the theme. 1 step at a time, Chuck has been making progress towards his recovery, the back surgery being a huge milestone.
Anyone that knows my brother, knows he is the type that helps everyone, but does not like to be helped, and almost never asks for it. Family, friends, clients, and even strangers have had some experience with Chuck helping them, it is what he does. It is one of the biggest reasons I have idolized him my whole life.
Chuck, as most of you know is a handyman and works for himself. He will have a long (but successful) road of recovery ahead of him. He will be out of work for awhile and will also be receiving some large medical bills as well. I am asking if everyone can help my brother. I want my brother’s focus to be on his recovery and the future, and having as little financial interference as possible. All donations are all for the benefit of my brother and getting him to his full recovery. I cannot thank everyone enough.
Please feel free to message me for updates and I will send updates on here as he progresses. I do ask to give Chuck and his wife Rachael privacy at this time and not message them directly so they can focus on his recovery.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all. Let’s get Chuck back at it..♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
