Hey guys, as most of you know I just had my precious baby Slayder 8 weeks ago and unfortunately he has a Cataract in his right eye and is completely unable to see. We are scheduled for surgery the 27th of this month and the Phoenix childrens hospital just informed me this morning we need to give an upfront payment of 1,625 dollars before we can proceed with the surgery. I know times are tough for everyone right now and I do not have the money to pay upfront to them in 11 days. If anyone is able to help it would be greatly appreciate. Thank you
