As you may know, our friend and colleague Slava Filonenko is an immigrant from Ukraine. Slava recently lost his Dad to cancer during this horrendous war. He is trying to get his Mom out of Ukraine and to Poland this week. Slava plans to meet his Mom in Poland to bring her back with him to California. Slava’s family will incur considerable expenses (airfare, hotel, unknown immigration-related expenses, etc...) to get his Mom to safety. Anything you can do to help Slava and his family during this time would be greatly appreciated.
