Slaughter Family Home Fund

The storm that hit the Houston area has devastated thousands across the state. Unfortunately one of the families that was hit hard was my close friend Amy Slaughter. Amy was home when the tornado hit and she used her body to sheild her 2 kids (5 an 8) from it the best she could. Their house was completely ravaged by a tornado. The roof and top floor was completely ripped off. The kids stuff was slightly spared but they might end up needing new clothes and bedding. Amy and her husband however lost everything. Their entire bedroom was lost. Their clothes, bedding, all their furniture is completely gone. They lost all their kitchen appliances as well. They also have several animals that need all new food now as well. Any money raised will go towards daily living like food an their insurance deductible.
