If you know Riley Graunitz, you know basketball is his passion! Riley just turned 14 and if he's not at school you can find him at the nearest basketball hoop! Unfortunately we live in a small town & there's not many opportunities that allow him to pursue his dream... not like that's ever stopped him before & definitely didn't stop him this time either!
So when Riley came to me asking if I would drive him an hour and a half to try out for an elite tournament team, I really couldn't say no. I had absolutely no doubt in my mind that he would make the team and of course he did! Now it's up to me to make it work. We were a bit worried about the $$1,000 registration fee (not including gas, food and all of the extras) but like any other supportive parent who wants to see their child follow their dreams would say, I told him - you just make the team (which he did!!!) and I will worry about the rest.
So this is my attempt at helping my son make his dreams come true!!!! Please donate any amount that you can afford, seriously... every little bit will go a long way in this Journey we call Basketball Life ❤️
