Amber is an amazingly brave woman who has shown so much courage and strength through this awful journey. Amber has seen her fair share of cancers ugly face in this world along with many of you reading this.
Learning of her own cancer diagnoses this January was beyond devastating to Amber and everyone close to her. Amber quickly wiped away the tears and put on her cancer fighting face, she dove in feet first with her treatment.
Amber learned she had breast cancer January 2015 and was in surgery by February. She underwent a double mastectomy with the immediate placing of expanders for reconstruction.
Everything seemed to be going so well! This cancer was just going to be a horrible little chapter in her life, quickly to be history.
In the beginning of April Amber became very ill, they found an infection around her right expander that needed emergency surgery. This surgery was very painful and set Amber back tremendously.
The right breast will now have to wait until it is healed before they can begin her reconstruction again.
Amber has already occurred $90,000 in medical debt that the insurance won’t cover all of.
Amber is physically unable to work; she has been out for over 2 months.
On top of the staggering medical debt Amber has her everyday living expenses piling up. Disability isn't anywhere near what she was getting working.
Amber is nowhere near the end of her journey. She has at least 2 or 3 more surgeries coming up, hopefully in the next couple months.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated; if you are unable to help financially please remember love, laughter and prayers are natures little miracles.
Much love and thanks-
