Bill, a friendly face around Edmonton's food and beverage scene, has recently had some dental work that involved the extraction of the majority of his teeth. Back in the day Bill used to enjoy the game of hockey, but mouth guards were not a luxury. Fast forward through a life of cooking (with a stint on Wall of Chefs), wine industry involvement and marrying local couples, Bill has always been one to unite a community. Unfortunately, his cooking adventures of late have been limited to soft food to accommodate his painful eating experiences. With your help, Bill will have his enduring smile back and regain his ability to enjoy his favourite food again.
