Sky’s Fundraiser for chemo

Sky is a six year old blue nose pitty, she has recently been diagnosed with cancer. Her mommy my best friend, Lara, is doing everything she can to have her live a long happy and loved life. I have stated this account out of love and to help Lara raise money to help save her baby’s life. Dogs are the best friends in our life and Help us help sky get the treatment she needs!! On April 29th, 2021 Sky had to get an emergency splenectomy due to a tumor that ruptured on her spleen. The following week we found out that the tumor is a cancer called Hemangiosarcoma. Because this is such a deadly disease Sky needs chemotherapy treatment ASAP in order for her to survive. There is much hope that she will make it if she gets treated ASAP with chemotherapy and other medications. Lara is also trying a fresh food diet and holistic remedies to help Sky. Unfortunately the treatments will total out to $6,000 not including the medication she will need that runs between $500-$1000 and she’ll need more than one supply. Sky is not just a dog and she is more than family, Lara adopted Sky when she was 19 years old and going through a dark time in her life. Throughout the 6 years lara has had sky sky has served as an emotional support dog to lara helping her with her depression and anxiety. She literally means the world to Lara. Sky will be 7 years old in August and has so much more life to live. Anything donated is more than appreciated
