Hi everyone my name is Sky Valenzuela I just turned 23 this year of April 15th and still growing strong! Everyday is an amazing blessed day, because it is another day I get to live, still do the things I can and get the best I want out of life. Such as seeing my dog Raptor every morning. The best love I have ever known comes from Raptor and he’s the light of my life along with my family. I am limited, but aren’t we all in our own ways? My way is that I was blessed with Lupus at age 11 and December of 2019 I went into Renal failure due to my disease. Now I’m going to dialysis 3 days a week for 3 hrs. each treatment. There’s days I can’t work and unable to care for myself. I have bills like everyone and I just need help, because dialysis and my illness taking my career/work away from me. Although I may have my trials and tribulations it does not define me. My life journey has made me strong, independent and brave! I’m a badass welder working hard to the best of my capabilities and strive to get an education with my Local #9 apprenticeship program, lastly going on the 4th and final year “yay”. I’m willing but unable and that’s when YOU come in. I need your help to pay for the kidney transplant surgery. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
