Our brother in sobriety, Skyler Dupree recently passed during a relapse. He was a kind and gentle soul who attended many of our meetings, most notably PAX, Weekend Warriors and the Alano Club men's meeting. He was a veteran living in subsidized housing in Marin and did not have a prudent reserve to take care of emergency expenses. His daughter funded his cremation using an insurance payment for her vehicle and is equally operating under financial distress. This fund would go to cover her expenses associated with excavating and disposing all of personal effects and hopefully reimbursing her for some of the cremation expenses she's already acrrued.
