First, we would like to start off with the verse we have dedicated to Skylar. Today more than ever we are holding on to the truth in this verse. We know the Lord had a plan for this little girl, the day she was born, and we know he still has a plan for her.
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
-Jeremiah 29:11
On Monday, April 22, Skylar was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
Everyone that knows Skylar, knows her to be very happy go lucky child and always in a good mood. She has continued to be that through this situation, which has continued to remind us that the Lord is with us and we have all our trust placed in him.
They are getting a ton of information thrown at them, and to say the least Blake and Amber are both heartbroken but have Faith and Hope that they are not in this alone and this is all in God’s plan.
