Aurora "Skye" is an extraordinary 8-year-old with a loving heart, a playful spirit, and a sassy personality that lights up every room. She’s always been on the move, whether twirling gracefully in ballet, sparring confidently in jiu-jitsu, or mastering kicks in tae kwon do. Her energy, determination, and love for life inspire everyone around her.

Recently, Aurora was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone cancer, which has metastasized to her lungs. The scary part is she had no symptoms except knee pain. Her parents, Mallory and Joseph, noticed a lump on her knee and immediately took her to Nicklaus Children's Hospital where they found this terrible diagnosis. This brave little fighter has a long and challenging journey ahead, including weeks of chemotherapy treatments, surgeries, and a very long hospital stay.
