Hey, I’m Sophie and I'm taking on a challenge that truly scares me – a skydive! – all to raise money for Princess Alice Hospice, who are currently caring for my mum following her cancer diagnosis.

From the moment we needed them, their compassion, kindness and unwavering support have been nothing short of extraordinary. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they have brought comfort, dignity and genuine warmth into my mum’s care. Not just for her, but for our whole family.

She was struck with a cancer that was seriously aggressive and caused her severe pain day in day out. As a family we are holding on to knowing she is finally at peace after her 10month battle.

No words can fully express how grateful we are for the love and care Princess Alice provided throughout.

So I’ve decided to jump out of a plane to say thank you in the best way I can – by raising funds to help them continue their incredible work for other families like ours.
