Skydiving for life saving bleed kits

Hi my name is Martyne and I’ll be celebrating turning 40 this year, such a milestone I wanted to do something fun, challenging and totally out my comfort zone.

Some of you may know my brother Tom was fatally stabbed on the same day as my 29th birthday so as I turn 40 it will also mark the 11th anniversary of his death so I wanted to do something to honour him too, as he lived life to the full! Me, my 2 brothers Danny and Keith and my cousins James and Lydia will all be doing a sponsored skydive on 8th July 2023 to hopefully raise money for bleed kits in memory of Tom. These kits have saved life’s not only in stab victims but also RTA victims, and the more accessible they are the more chances of lives being saved. A kit costs around £85 each and red cabinet with a control bleed kit and instructions is £720

I would love to raise enough money for 40 kits one for each year of my life but any amount raised will be extremely helpful and I know times are testing with the inflation we have recently seen so every penny will be greatly appreciated
