Hi everyone,

As most of you know, I’m coming up for a year sober in December and have decided to do a Sober Skydive in Rockingham to celebrate on the 14th December 2019. 
It has been a tough ride to get to this point in my life and I have suffered with my mental health for quite some time. I thought people could help me celebrate by donating to LifeLine who play a ritual role within Perth WA in helping people with their mental health especially afterhours when most services have gone home - every little helps. 
Mental Health and Suicide are normally topics which people try to avoid talking about - but let’s spread the word and start these important conversations with someone even just asking ‘are you ok’ and not taking ‘fine’ ‘yes’ ‘good’ as an answers when you know more is going on. 

Here is to many more year of sobriety and celebrating in style each year.
