On the 13th of December 2024, we lost an amazing Dad, Brother, Uncle and Friend to SUDEP (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy).

Dominic had a love for life that was unparalleled and, for many of us, the world seems a darker place without his light in it. He lived his life like he didnt have epilepsy, never letting it hold him back, embracing new challenges, helping others and seizing the fun in each new day.

We're forever grateful that he had that outlook and to honour him, his daughters, Beth and Molly, their Mum, Nicola and his sister, Jane will be doing a skydive on the 10th of November.

There are at least three epilepsy-related deaths a day in the UK. The majority are Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). SUDEP Action care for the bereaved and work with families and professionals to make change. Using research and awareness, they strive to get the answers that will save lives.
