Skydive in memory of Rhys
I have always wanted to take part in a Skydive in memory of my baby, Rhys who we lost in 2012 and this year I've finally become brave enough to do it and to raise money for SANDS!
After years of trying for a baby with my partner, in 2011 we got our dream and became pregnant, just for our dreams to be shattered and being told at the 20 week scan our baby wasn't able to survive as he had a fatal disease, so our little angel was born at 21 weeks on Mothers Day 2012.
SANDS were amazing support, during and after the birth, arranging the funeral, providing counselling and we couldn't have got through the worst time of our lives without them. I would love to give something back to say how grateful we are.
Our 5 year old little boy Freddie is very excited and thinks it will be fun watching mummy flying in the sky.
I would be so grateful for the support to raise funds for SANDS to make this happen and to help other families, going through what we did.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
